VHIA November 08
VHIA and the Gordon Institute are pleased to announce that we will be running the Diploma of Management (A Frontline Approach), specifically for the health and community services sector, from a venue in Ballarat starting March 2009.
The Diploma of Management (A Frontline Approach) recognises and builds on the skills and experience of supervisors or those in team leadership positions. The program prepares participants for higher level decision-making and promotional opportunities.
VHIA and Gordon have a successful track record of delivering Frontline Qualifications to the health and community services sector and have adapted the Diploma to reflect the needs of VHIA members.
The program consists of eight units of competency that are delivered via workshops. Individual assessment and coaching sessions are also involved, with the facilitator visiting students in the workplace.
The cost of the program is $3100 per person (members) or $3720 (non members)
A 10% discount applies to organisations that send 3 or more people, and/or bookings received by 11 January 2009.
