2008 AGM & Members' Dinner

A great night was had by those who attended BDDGP's recent Annual General Meeting & Member's Dinner at the newly opened Heritage on Lydiard. The guest speaker was Professor John Murtagh, a Professor in General Practice at the Monash University.
John gave an entertaining and informative presentation about "A lifetime of cautionary tales in General Practice".

We acknowledged Dr Mark Churcher's time as Chair of the Board as he stood down from the position and congratulated Dr Wayne McDonald as he was nominated the new Chair. We also welcomed one new member, Dr David Llewellyn. Dr Bernie Fensling will continue as Vice Chair, Dr Paul Hemming as Treasurer and Dr Colin Crook as GP Advisor. Dr Mark Churcher will remain on the Board along with our non-GP Board member Jo Curkpatrick.
