Patients Wanted for Study

Do you have patients with Type II Diabetes, cardiovascular disease, angina, recent heart attack or bypass surgery, high blood pressure or cholesterol? University of Ballarat researchers want them for a one year study.
The study will investigate lifestyle changes in people with a chronic illness to potentially improve their health status and mood.
Participant Involvement
- An initial face-to-face assessment (up to one hour)
- Complete a weekly mood and daily activity diary for 12 weeks
- You may also be invited to participate in three phone-based health coaching sessions that will assist you in making health behaviour changes.
- A repeat assessment at 3, 6 and 12 months.
